Side Notes For a garage gym this thing is basically perfect. It’s stable, easy to adjust for the different lifters in my family, and is low profile enough to fit in my cramped 1-car garage while still allowing me plenty of room to pull my truck in at night. If you lift alone, please get the spotter arms. They are true life-savers.
