I wanted to try it myself and see what all the hype is about. So after several months of going through the program…
First, I’ll tell you some basic details about all the different steps of the program, then I’ll provide you with a more detailed information about the great benefits and the not so great parts of this product. And finally, I’ll give you an overview of my overall experience and hopefully by this point, you’ll have a better idea of whether this yoga program is a good fit for you.
Zoe is certified Yoga instructor, a personal trainer and a female body transformation expert. Zoe explained in several interviews that she developed the Yoga Burn Challenge, often referred to as “Her Yoga Secrets” as a step-by-step progressive 12-week Yoga program designed for women of all ages; from the busy stay-at-home mom to the busy corporate executive. The program is build around a unique approach known as Dynamic Sequencing, and promotes a natural, steady, and healthy weight loss lifestyle for women.
There are 12 videos included within the core of the program (3 introduction videos and 9 main videos) divided into 3 Phases with 1 Bonus Phase:
Phase 1 – Foundation Flow
This phase helps beginners as well as seasoned yogis build a strong foundation based on proper breathing methods and appropriate alignment of the poses. With Foundation Flow you’ll learn the different sequences that will help boost your metabolism, which will help burn fat and lose weight. Also, this step helps you see what level you’re on and take the appropriate measures to develop strong muscles. I enjoyed this phase, because it gave me the confidence I needed to expand my vision of my capabilities. It also helped me believe in myself.
Phase 2 – Transitional Flow
During this phase, you’ll learn to merge the poses from the first part with the more intermediate Yoga poses. These movements will enhance your mood, they will challenge you, and help get rid of the extra fat in certain areas. During this phase, I noticed a little soreness the next day after I practiced, but nothing that was overly uncomfortable. I also felt that my body was starting to change and that soon I would begin to see real results.
Phase 3 – The Mastery Flow
This phase is the combination of phases 1 and 2. It further challenges your endurance level and capabilities. It focuses on the muscles that need to be activated and exercised to give you a more firm and toner body. All parts of your body, from your head to your toes, will be flowing in sync with each other to bring you the results you seek. This was one of my favorite steps because when I first started, I couldn’t hold some of the poses for very long, but by the time I reached phase 3, I was recognized that I had mastered many Yoga poses and that I flowing and transitioning in and out of the poses effortlessly.
Final Phase (Bonus DVD): Torch Flow
The layout is identical to the other 3 phases in the program, with three 15-minute videos to be repeated three times in a row. However, now the workouts bear even less similarity to traditional Yoga: including plyometrics, speed bursts and new, unique combinations of the Yoga Burn exercises.
These final three workouts are intended to give you better fat burning results; so if you’ve after successfully completed the first 3 phases get ready for one more challenging month.

Bonus Video #1: Beginner Flow: 45-minutes of easy Yoga exercise (Yin Yoga). This is perfect if you are new to Yoga or recovering from injury or child birth.
Bonus Video #2: Tranquility Flow: 15-minutes directed toward meditation, relaxation and light stretches.
Bonus Video #3: 21 Yoga Pose Tutorial: This is very important. It will guide you on how to do each pose correctly.
Bonus Video #4: Tips & Tricks: In this short video Zoe gives you some extra advice on when and where to practice Yoga. She also introduces the yogic breathing style known as “ujjayi breath” or “ocean breath.”
Zoe is an exceptional instructor, she explains exactly where you need to be, or where you’re striving to be (body placement). This helps prevent injury and actually makes you focus on all fibers of your body, so while it’s a workout and stretching you out, it’s calms the mind/soul too. Great overall workout.
I certainly felt challenged during this workout. The next day I could definitely feel it in my core. Zoe had a great pace during the videos. It started slow enough to figure out each move and gained speed as you went. It gave me a chance to actually stretch and feel the moves.
As previous reviewers have stated, the setting is real and the instructor is real. She’s not a size zero with make up and hair perfectly done. The setting is peaceful and simple. After trying the first routine, I feel truly relaxed and did not find myself comparing myself negatively to her, instead I found she inspired me and allowed me to view myself positively because I was looking at a real person enjoying yoga for what it is.
In my opinion Yoga Burn is best suited for beginners or those getting back into Yoga after an absence. I’m so happy with my results that I’m going to try Zoe’s other video series. Yes, ladies. This program is really that helpful.
